At Meowly, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in perfect condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components originally included.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Meowly is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

• Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a solution.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If approved, returns will be refunded and a new order may be placed.
